New on the Menu: Tiramisu Cinnamon Rolls Join Our Cozy Cottage Bakery Lineup
Fall is creeping in (slowly, like a cat that knows it’s about to pounce), and that means cozy season is officially here. What better way to settle into the week than with a menu full of hugs disguised as baked goods? We’ve been tinkering away in the kitchen—rolling, whisking, and taste-testing (the hardest part, obviously)—and excited to share what’s coming out of the oven for you.
Let’s take a peek at this week’s Crafty Menu at St. Denis Medical:
πͺCookies: (Because one is never enough)
* GF Chocolate Chunk – Proof that gluten-free doesn’t mean fun-free. Big, melty chocolate chunks = instant mood lift.
* M&M – Bright little candy gems baked into buttery cookie dough. Childhood nostalgia, but for grown-ups who know how to pace themselves (or not).
* Brown Butter Walnut Chocolate Chip – A little nutty, a little fancy, a lot delicious. This cookie smells like sweater weather.
* Reese’s Peanut Butter – Peanut butter lovers, your soulmate has arrived. Soft, chewy, and unapologetically peanut buttery.
* Chocolate Sprinkle Sugar Cookie – Because sprinkles are basically edible confetti, and who doesn’t need a mini party mid-week?
πBrown Butter Apple Blondies
Like if apple pie and a blondie went on a crisp autumn picnic. Warm, caramelized apples swirled into buttery blondie batter—best paired with a cup of tea, a blanket, and at least one episode of your favorite show.
πStar of the Show: Tiramisu Cinnys
Drumroll, please!
This week I’m trying out something new: Tiramisu Rolls. Imagine the swirl of a cinnamon roll, now dressed up for a fancy Italian dinner party. Fluffy layers rolled with cinnamon goodness, topped with whipped mascarpone icing, then dusted with cocoa like the classic dessert itself. Last time, we flirted with Biscoff. This time? We’re saying ciao bella to tiramisu. Sweet, cozy, and just the right amount of extra.
This week’s menu is all about comfort with a twist. Whether you’re a cookie nibbler, a blondie believer, or ready to dive fork-first into a tiramisu roll, I’ve got you covered. πAlliB.Bakes@gmail.com
